The design and illustrations are made by our team in Colombia. The clitoris' only function is to give pleasure. Blood runs to the clitoris when there is arousel and it erects (on the inside) and can reach twice its size. It has 8.000.000 nerve endings which is dobble the amount of the penis - that is a lot of pleasure!  
 
Why support S&RHR education?
S&RHR is officially part of the national curriculum both in Colombia and Mexico, however, its implementation in many classrooms is sometimes incomplete and often lacks an inclusive, rights-based approach, especially for adolescents in vulnerable contexts and those living in rural areas.
 
This has serious consequences:
Colombia: 1 of every 5 girl becomes pregnant between ages 15 - 19.
Mexico: 17 out of every 100 births come from teenage girls.
Colombia: 12% of young women have experienced intimate partner violence.
Mexico: 20.7% of women aged 20-24 years were married or in a union before age 18.
