This project has been running since 2017 and aims to provide basic sexual and reproductive health and rights (S&RHR) education to 8th-11th graders primarily.
We work closely with our partner schools in and around Cali and Popayán to provide workshops that include topics such as anatomy, menstruation, consent, birth control, STIs, sexual diversity, gender stereotypes etc.
Before the Covid-19 pandemic started in March 2020, we were doing in person workshops at the schools, implementing dynamic and participative workshops.
Since the pandemic has not allowed the students to go back to in person teaching, we are creating semi-virtual workshops for the students that allows them to participate and learn, with or without a stable internet connection.
